Need help

please anyone tell me how long will the judge take to anounce the judgement date after closing it......

even today judge says she will wait for the written statement from opposite side lawyer till next week.

y is she not bothered about the high court order and waiting for the opposite lawyers statement.?

is it legal?

In case Judge wants to give time to the opponent party even after the orders of the Hc your Advocate can ask for the ex-party judgement  or can pray for the final chance to the opponent party to submit the WS or any thing they want to submit in the case.

You and Your Advocate has right to press the court for the early judgement as already much of the time has been spent in want of their reply, it also can be prayed that this prayer should be taken on record of the court.

This is the only choice left in this case for you now, or appeal for the speedy trial in HC.

I am surprised, how the judge closed the case and then waiting for written statement? There is some disconnect.
