we are planing to recall the petition (which already issued NBW ), as husband was absconding for some time and now ready to fight .. As 1st step wanted bail.
before case filed .. Husband send a legal invitation to wife through lawyer, to join for continuation of wed life . No reply revived . after a month husband left to another city and found a job in abroad .
in this time case filed and 4 of his family members got bail, he noted as absconding.
But he left from india before charge sheet . Now want to pleading for bail . Then starts the war
