hello need expert advice on how can we put a case through writ on union of india and airport authrity of india and collectors on grounds of cheating and giving acquired lands to third party and private parties on lease when acquired only for airport extension..and will the lands get released? or we get compensation as per present market rates..the lands were acquired in 1953 and act was requsition and acqusition of immovable of property act 1952 awaiting responses from learned advocates regards and god bless .
