my family want to purchase a land in thirumaladevi peta near T. Narsapuram mandal West Godavari comes under grampanchayat. Here the land is getting in 1 Lakh rupee 250 gajjalu we say i dont know in feets. This deal is based on stamp paper. the person who got this land from government holding passbooks for that. is it safe to have that land. i will be happy if the answer is given within two days because we are going to have that land this weekened

Dear Raghavender Garu,
Please go to local lawyer as it seems you dont know much about the land.
It is Government assigned land, then dont purchase, if it is private land with pattadar pass books you can purchase.
