My land has acquired by NHAI for expansion of National Highway 2 lane to 4/6 Lane. The process was started in 2012 and I have received amount as per current Market Value (Which is very Low). Now Govt. has brought the New Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 2013 whether I will eligible for compensation mentioned in the New Act i.e Two times Market value for Urban lands and Four times Market Value for Rural Lands.
