Sir,
I have joined Electriciy Board of Madhay Pradesh and am undergoing training. I have signed an agreement bond to the effect that I will be seving the Board for a period of 5 years after the training of one year and otherwise I will be paying Rs.2 lakhs.
If I get a better offer and I am prepared to pay Rs. 2 lakhs if seleted, how can I seek no objection certificate from the administration while going for viva voce since there are many places where I have applied before joining this Board. I am prepared to pay the amount. Can I insist on no objection certificate from the Board stating thus ???
Kindly help enlighten me on the issue. I mean, if they do not give me timely NOC how can I force them to?
