A neighbour of ours is constructing a 2 floored house for almost 8 months now . The construction is going on on the backside of our house.
Usually we never had problems with constructions as an apartment and a house was constructed on both left and right side of our house and this never created any issue for us. But in this particular case, sounds of machine cutting and hammering have been coming for almost six months now. Which is abnormal as it usually doesn't take this much time.
It has become almost impossible to live here . Can't sleep properly and kids also have very important exams coming up soon.
The house owner has been told several times about this but all in vain probably because he is some government official. No fear I guess.
Is there a way to deal with this ? Can an anonymous complaint be filled ?
