Dear Sir ,
I had given my Hsc board 2013 and now appling for admission in various colleges for admission , while taking admission in my college ( Sydenham College OF Commerce and Economics ) i had to submite my attested copy of my OBC cerificate as i am a OBC student they said my fees is 425 rupees but to normal student they ask for 4101 rupees , but now i m stuck at this point that they are asking to me for Non-Creamy Layer certificate which i dont have now , so they said me to pay rupees 4104 , which i will pay to them but my confusion is that as i dont have non creamy layer certificate i still belong to OBC quota ( which help me to reserve seat in other colleges ) or not ?
