Non payment of full and final by Company

KINDLY NOTE THAT.

1.YOU HAVE NOT CLEARLY MENTIONED WHETHER IT IS SALARY AND OTHER DUES OR SOME BUSINESS PAYMENT DUES.STILL KINDLY NOTE THAT.

2 AS YOUR DESIGNATION WAS OF MANAGER HENCE YOU HAVE TO FILE A CIVIL SUIT FOR RECOVERY OF YOUR FINANCIAL ARREARS BY ENCLOSING THE COPY OF NOTICE SENT TO THE SAID CO. AND EVEN FOR OTHER BUSINESS DUES  YOU HAVE TO FILE A CIVIL SUIT FOR RECOVERY OF SAID AMOUNT.IN CIVIL COURT PLEASE NOTE.GOOD LUCK.

1) The payment is due for salary( fixed + variable).

2) Please advise reputed lawer at Ahmedabad ( if you may take this case please advise your contact details)

3) I would like to file case for compensation for delay .is it possible ? Please advise.

4)  Is there any government rule/act  which bound Pvt Ltd/Ltd company to pay full and final paymnet of employee the same day or with few days ?
