Delhi High Court decision in Kidnap Case :
If a minor girl agrees to marry a man and run away with him, such cases are not kidnap cases, b ecause minor girl is consented for the marriage, as such it is not an in valid marriage.
Such decision will affect the society because now a days because of the TV and globlisation( love is globlized) so many such cases are happening. Such High court decisions will give boost to it.
