you submit it and ask for slary slip if not giving than ask for experience certificate with your salry details and designation . That will helpyou proving you are working currently in that organisation .

It is advisable to submit any original document. Dont submit the metric certificate.  Whether the salary is paid by cheque or cash - do you sign any muster roll/pay register. Please provide these details

Dear Sir,

                    I ask many time for salary slip but HR directlly refuse for salary slip. And when we ask for experience certificate DGM and HR of Company says it will give only when you leave the company. 

Our salary come into directlly into the Bank Account. Yes we sign on pay register. And EPF also deduct from the salary. 

No need to worry. If they insist on submission of original certificate, you can ask for an acknowledgement from the HR and based on the same you can submit the document.
