it depends on the nature of the work say you have contractual work, but
your project is such that the same person can services can be availed at different places or
say nature of work, whether it is required on daily basis i.e. permanent employment till the contract or
temporary employment.
for further details if company is working as Contractors, then it requires to verify the particular details from the Contract Labour & Regulation Act.
notice period will be applicable to the company.
