I have resigned from a company stated in the resignation mail that my LWD is 2nd July. But in the fnf statement company is showing my LWD 18th July. and I have already joined a compnay in 3rd July. Now the previous company sends me a recovery letter of 30k and states that pay this amount within 20 days otherwise your case will go into the legal team hand. please help me in this. I want to buy notice period but compnay doesn't want to change relieving date. I Will buy notice period only when Lwd is 2nd July. Please help in or suggest me I buy notice period or not. I have worked only 4 months in the organisation.
