I live overseas and my feiend had been to india and he checked up my mails at our house and says that there is a notice from cbi bangalore notice under section 91 Cr pc 160 the notice is dated 24th april and has asked me attend on 9.5.2017 i got the msg only today (12.12.17) . Since i have already lost the date of meeting and since I am abroad from april17 onwards pl let me know whether i can ignore the letter and if so whether there will be any consequences. I worked as a company secredtary 17 yrs back with first leasing company of india and this pertains to that company. I am 76 yrs old should i reply or ignore.
