Obtained fraudelent exparte divorce and done second marraige

Page no : 2

(Guest)

@ Chandrasekhar sir,

Would you plz clarify that if a bride family doesn't have the custom for taking seven feras or saptpadi and marriage has not solemnized by saptapadi.......do this marriage is still valid in HMA.

As HMA also says that the marriage of two hindus can be solemnized with customs and traditions of either side of family. So,is this Saptapadi mandaotory for every hindu marriage or else without this a marriage can be called a void marriage?

Awaiting for your answer, a must reply !

Thanks,

A sufferer.....

Thanks for all

but here the stoty is different the person while filing his counter never revelead that he married second lady.and more over he obtained fraudelent exparte divorcee by impersonation  in these grounds only the court declared he played fraud and obtained fraudelet exparte divorce.

come on.......... here the person suppressed every where the facts while obtainig the exparte decree. he  suppresed the real fact  and after filing the counter he suppressed the fact that he was already married another lady . and even he did not said in  his chief evidence in his divorce petition.

the first wife came to know by governmet records like aadhar card, bank pass book, voters card and pan card of second lady.

when he supresses the truth and obtaining in this way fraudelent decreess we cannot blame even courts.

 .

Here one thing is true  the person will be liable for bigamy charges and  even seconds wife also privay if his acts or not we will come to know by trial  is second wife is libale for abetmenet charges or not.

Rgds
