On the basis of bonafide requirement of business place for his all dependant how to appeal in the upper senior district court? At lower court, we have not clarified this point very clearly.
1) court in his judgment consider one point of development of the city. The landlord is residing in Taluka place and us at just near to Taluka place city so court considers the point of my city as develop in his judgment.
2)we provide all proofs to court in written and unfortunately we absent at oral evidence (it is the recommendation of our lawyer, he is saying that our age is the factor )
so these ground how we defend in appeal
