On which paper, written argument is tendered?

On which paper, Written Argument is to be tendered at Hon'ble High Court, Bombay, Ordinary Original Civil Jurisdiction.

I.e. to say on normal white A4 size paper or white legal or green legal?

And further do I have to affix a court fee stamp upon it and if yes then of how much?

I am ignorant as I am petitioner in person.
