Opening Branch Office in Bangaore, Delhi & Kolkata

Hello Friends,

Our Client Indian company wants to set up branch offices in Bangaore , Delhi & Kolkata. I would be glad if you could tell me the procedure to be followed and various registrations required under central & respective state laws?
