state Industrial Infrastructure Ltd allotted land to an Industrial Entrepreneur to set up Industry cost of the land was paid totally and entered into agreement of sale was executed and regd. The Entrepreneur erected fence, constd building and all together incurred 5 lakhs. Now the State Industrial Infrastructure Ltd cancelled the allotment stating that original layout was meant for common facilities centre area the land could not be allotted for commercial one and refunded the amount paid by the entrepreneur. The entrepreneur demanded the reimbursement of the expenses she has incurred. The Co refused to pay the amount. Is she entitled for reimbursement of the amount incurred by her from the company?
