Dear Experts,
I let out to a bank and also I m a NPA borrower from the same institution. Filed RCOP for fair rent fixation and munisif judge order in favour of me. Now the bank offered OTS and compelled me to withdraw the RCA filed by me at sub court. I doesn't have enough time / financial support to fight against largest institution. I m loosing my rights for a unpredicticed time frame set by a case. Manager even though paying amount as per OTS letter, documents will be released only after withdrawal of RCA.
My query
1. am I eligible to fight after with drawal of RCA. ?
KINLDLY ADVISE ME.
1. Execute a registered Settlement Deed with the Bank for your purposes, with proper strategic clauses. Both will be bound legally in the settlement deed.
