Hi Experts , I have filed a criminal case on MNC and the accused had misrepresnted the facts to high court and bought interin stay i filed astay vacate and bought to high court notice that they have misrepresnted the facts and bought stay the final arguments have been finished june 29 2018 and judge has agreed that the offence took place and issued for orders and today he said idint underdstand and pls argue the case again and gave a date after tendays am shocked with him pls guide me to take appropriate steps. appriciate your insights.
