My Brothers wife filed restituion of conjugal rights on 10th Nov 2014 petition
in Ranga Reddy family court and obtained ex-parte decree on Jan 8th 2015
i.e with in two months.
1) She filed a affidavit which was dated 5th Nov 2014 to the petition dated 10th Nov 2014
nothing but backed dated affidavit to the original petition but both filed on 10th Nov 2014
2)permission petition filed by the advocate only , nothing but no signature of party in the
permission petition is it valid
3) The affidavit dated 5th Nov 2014 is accompained by the permission petition dated 10th Nov 2014
Now the order is valid ?? how to challenge this order .
