Overdraw penssion

as paer latest supreme court judgment, the recovery is bad and you should be given an opportunity of hearing before effecting recovery.  by adding the Bank and your department, file a petition before the CAT/High Court and request to stay the recovery, without any further delay.

It is not reduction of pension but recovery of excess amount paid in last 11 years. When your father was getting more pension he never informed anyone. At the most, he can ask the bank to recover the amount slowly and gradually

Dear Vinod Sir,

Actually my father and we are unaware we are getting excess pension since retirement.

We come to know this year in july/august we my father get reduced pension.

so, I request you all pls. let us know what can we do now.

As per bank official they asker my father to take Loan from bank and pay the excess paid amout.
