hello everybody ,
am here for few unresolved questions in my mind.i hope members will be kind enough to clear them .
Am a 40 yr old ,divorce petitioner,have applied for divorce in 2011.
Marrriage took place 9 yrs back , and my wife left my house (my parents house , i stay with my parents) about 6 yrs back .Now the case has reached my cross examination stage .
Presently I have a overseas job offer and am planning to shift for the next 3 yrs .I will be attending the court hearing as and when they come up .My concern is ,if my wife can come and forcefully plan to stay with me in the foreign country. What should be the precautions i should take ?.
