Ownership of land in haryana

Dear All, There is a plot of land in a place called siwani located in bhiwani district of haryana which is in the name of my fathers eldest brother. my fathers are five brothers. now my fathers eldest brother has decided to give my father his share of property I.e. one fifth of the plot.. what is the cheapest and best way to get the plot in the name of my father so that there does not arise any problem in future.

he has agreed to give us only our share. he is not ready to give other brothers their share of property

Transfer by way of gift deed is the one of the best options in your case provided all the brothers of your father executed it in favour of your father.Otherwise,partition either by parties or operation of law.
