cross of other respondents in dv case will not be conducted.
But the WS has to be signed by all the respondents.

My parents and my sister are also respondents in DV case filed by wife...... Would my parents & sister also have to appear for cross examination ??? Or they take Husband's cross only?? Do parents & sister also have to sign on WS? ? Or only Husband's WS would be sufficient?? |
