Parents surname missing in my son bith certificate

Hello Sir,

 

In My Son Birh Certificate parents full surname missing instead of ravikanti in certificate they keep simple R Does it creates problem in future, Iam Planning to migrate other country.

Please suggest.

Change/amendment of name can be done in birth records of the municipal corporation by moving application in this regard. A fresh birth certificate with corrected name will be issued.
