Subject: Occupation Certificate/Transfer Fees to builder
1) Can one take posssession of flat on part occupation certificate? Is a full occupation still required? What is the validity of part occupation certificate?
1) Can I sell my flat without taking possession letter from builder? Currently we have part occupation certificate and was not accepting possession on grounds of no occupation certificate.
2) Society is in process of registering with chief promoter appointed and bank account opened in societies name. Is builders NOC required? Do i agree to pay 250Rs/sqft tranfer charges? There is no mention of NOC requirement and transfer charges in the sale agreement.
An early response will be highly apprciated as i have already taken token money from client.
