Partition

dear sirs

we had a ancestor property , we are family of 6 elder sister and one son (ME). my father expired in 2006. i have a mother. my elder sister put a partition case in 2012 jan. we came to forward to settle the issue in 2012 may , by partition deed . we have allotted 2 acres to elder sister and 1.5 acres to other 5 sister . i  have been alloted 10 acres. we all aggreed for variation in the partition deed and signed accordingly. we are in the process of changing name in records in taluk office. the case is withdrawn as settled outside the court. is there any problem in future for me for un equal partition. pl guide me. what action should i take in future

No problem when you are saying that all aggreed for variation in the partition deed and signed accordingly.

Hello sir,
Greetings to you.
I have a property with my grand father name, and my father don't know that he has gifted half of the land to my aunt and she made that registration even. so could you please help me that do we have any right on that property, As my aunt have all the property papers with her, and now she may file a case against us. we don't have any other property and my father spent all the in that building.
so please help as a ancestor property do i have any right to fight against them.
