can the elder brother sell this property when all the members are major?
it depends upon the source from where property came to be registered in his name .. if it is purchased by him solely without any contribution from the family members and he could proved that than there is no possibility of share to other members ..
otherwise it could be possible if the case is not the one above mentioned...
