Partition suit

If a property is in city A of state B and a co-share holder of the same property wants to file a partition suit in city C of state D. Can he do this?

No it is not possible since that court don't have jurisdiction to try that matter.

I agree with Adv. Bharat.  But, if any one of the defendants of the suit actually and volluntarily resides, or carries on business, or personally works for gain in City C or a part of cause of action arises in City C, a partition suit can be filed in City C.
