Party in person & sec 32 of adv. act

Hello all learned Members..!!!

I have a DV case on me, my parents and a sister.  I wish to do Party in person and also represent my parents & sister on their behalf by seeking court's permission under Sec 32 of Advocate's Act.  Therefore, kindly guide me regarding following issues:-

(i) On what amount of Stamp paper I need to take POA from my parents & sister??

(ii) Do I need to register the POA or notarisation will suffice??

(iii) Pls provide a breif idea about the contents of POA.

Thanks in advance..!!!

PS:-

1) Kindly.. dont ask questions like..... what stage my case is, ....why I want to do this etc. etc.

2) I am also aware of "Goa Antibiotics" case... so pls dont post the judgement.
