Dear all,
I am facing 498A and DV since past three years. My passport is expired and recently I approached Passport Seva kendra for renewal. They sent me back saying that I cannot renew my passport since Criminal Cases are pending against me. In my bail papers there are no such conditions like I should not travel aboard.
If I approach Passport Seva Kendra again and attached my bail papers, can I get renewed passport?
Or do I have to take special permission or latter from court to get renewed passport?
