Passport renewal & visa application

Hi,

I got married in 2011 and my wife left me and staying with her parent for the past one year. During this year they have tried to put 498 case on me..went up to petition and calmdown without filing any case. we dont want happend. They are calm now.

My passport is going to expire in few months. I want to renewal it. in renewal application If I say Iam married, they ask for marriage certificate. We did not register our marriage. I would like to mention as Single for now and apply for renewal. will this become any problem further?

If I applied for VISA ...again the single or married option will be there. If I say married they ask for marriage certificate which I can not produce. We do not have any legal and formal document which says that we are separated. what should I do. Can I apply as single and proceed further to take the challeges later on ?

Will there be any cever problems with this approch ...please help me on this.

Well to put an end to your troubles, you need to settle your matrimonial dispute.

Better talk to the wife and her parents in order to settle the matter. Otherwise, such problems will creeping up.

any false submission/ testimony/ depostion for getting VISA may permanently put an end to your VISA desires.

1. Any nature of false information should not be given to (Public) Authorities.
2. Talk to your wife's side for making of marriage certificate inspite of hide and seek relationships currently both partners are facing. Let them say yes or now of sending your wife for certificate purpose atleast initial dialogue will start instead of scheming things for this and that Official purpose(s).

Infact we are not ready to get her back.... As they are thinking about an oppurtunity to put false cases on us.

As she is not staying with us , even she putup case it wont work out. But onece she is into my house then she will immidiately go and putup a case on my entire family and ask for huge amount. We can not trust her and her family any more. they have suffered us alot.

No other solution to this ?
