Halo sir, I purchased a plot of 4190sqft with blding area of 1215sqft in 2009. Due to finance issue I didn't change patta on my name then. Now for the past three yrs I'm tring for name transfer but facing this issue. It is a DTCP approved plot at Adhanur village pincode 603202, Sriperambudur taluk. On 2009 I received a manual patta from the seller. Recently noted that area mentioned in patta is 2.5 ares (i.e 2690sqft). VO told that FMB has to be verified for arear not included. Later I downloaded online patta with same patta number as manual. The computerised patta shows the remaining area of 1.4 ares. Now I have two pattas of same number. One manual patta with 2.5 ares and computerised patta with 1.4 ares. Adding both area is same as the area in my possession 3.9 ares (i.e 4190sqft). The both pattas are in the name of seller.
Hence as the procedures varies kindly advice the action needed from my side to obtain patta on my name.
