I am planning to purchase a plot in TN. Land lord don’t have a patta for the property. But, patta is available in the name of previous landlord from whom present land lord purchased.
Whether, can I purchase the plot without patta from present land lord or not.
If yes, whether I will get patta in my name in future after purchasing.
