Please search in website of the newspaper, as several website companies display such terms and conditions and seek subscriber's consent/agreement for such rules and regulations. If the newspaper prohibits, then it is a violation. There are certain books/newspapers/magazines wherein the authors declare that the information can be circulated to any number of citizens and no permission is required.
