Is it possible for any one of husband’s family member to appear and pay permanent alimony to wife on behalf of husband who is abroad by appearing before the court on Execution petition. Does it need power of attorney from abroad husband?

yes. It is possible to attend by a lawyer through power of attorny on behalf of husband.
