Just having a tea with a collegue does will not stand for a minute in court. You can always say that" next time the other party will bring pictures of me and my client discussing the case and will try to prove we are having an affair" this this should be stopped immediately and a restraining order shall be issued against him so my client feels safe.

What I said (hinted) there is call for production of cellphone tower records and by this call for.... you ask via Court to the cell company to be witness with bringing asked papers in Court and all these is done by first of all getting allowed such application for witness by the Court and not on your own.
