Replying to your 23.05 hrs. message. yes he has no right to get it if approached on ones own. What I said (hinted) there is call for production of cellphone tower records and by this call for.... you ask via Court to the cell company to be witness with bringing asked papers in Court and all these is done by first of all getting allowed such application for witness by the Court and not on your own.
