A INSTITUE in UP is not providing th fee reimbursement amount to General students as recieved by Social welfare deptt. Institue want to distribute the amount in all students including those who didnt have recieved fee reimbursement from S W deptt., while the list of fee reimbursement as available on the website of S W deptt. is showing the name of students & amount of their fee reimbursement in front of their names.
my questions are
1. can institute distribute amount in all students.
2. Can anyboody raise this issue as PIL becoz no student is coming in front due to fera of fail in exam if they go against institute.
3,IT is matter of nearly 190 students so if PIL not possible then what procedure can be adopted to solve the issue.
i think this can be treated as PIL becoz its common in nearly all institute,
