Hi,
I have filed an RTI to get some information. PIO and thereafter Appellate authority did not respond to my application within time. I have filed the appeal in Information commission and it has been registered.
Like PIO and Appellate authority is bound to repond in 30 days after filing the application.
How many days Information Commission is bound to hear the appeal and dispose. Is there any time specified in the RTI act. It is alrady 1 year over after filing the second appeal and no action has been taken.
