Playing with the right to information

Right to information Act some bare facts. Yes , there is a play with RTI by most of the Public Information Officers. Central / State Public Information Officers ,definitely try to avoid giving information called for , they prefer to part with information on receiving orders from the Appellate Authority .But the applicant generally get tired at the CPIO level. If the applicant has to extract the information he should be prepared to move Central Information Commissioner in case of need .
