i have filled a writ petition in bombay high court agaisnt the judgement of junior division court regarding amendment of suit under cpc rule 17 .the amendment allowed by lower court .now the high court given the order to issue notice to respondent on 20/8/13 .after that next date given .on that date my lawyer not present .i have checked the case status on high court website ,there is order from registrar that two weeks extension given to paid bhatta and if bhatta paid issue notice.and case status showing FOR ORDER. what is the meaning of this oredr of registrar .or the writ petition has been accepted by court or not .my lawer is not explaining me correctly. next date given for order what will happen on that date.please help me to understand the matter
