No u cant but u can pursue LLB academic in which u cant practice as an advocate. It is of two years. Jammu univ has this one

I appreciate your help in this regards..but besides jammu is there any other recognised university providing a distance education in LLB as i stay in mumbai....

Karthik, Bar council of India does not recognise degree obtained from distance mode and they wont take you for enrolment into Bar Council.
