In an ancestor "Pagdi System" bldg. if majority of co-owners transfers common part of bldg. to some tenant without taking one co-owners sign what precaution he should take? Under which IPC code can send the notice? Is it cognizable or Non cognizable offence? Please mention the full Procedure?

I don't think it is a crime under IPC.
