My Relative, planning to purchase a plot in Tamil Nadu. On verification of registration documents, i found that the name in registration document is moorthy and whereas original name of land owner is sundra moorthy (as per ration card).
But, we know that the land belongs to him only. What formalities to be done before purchasing of this plot.
Please suggest me.
