plz tell me answer of another question.

Section 141 of the Negotiable Instrument Act raises a legal fiction by reason of which a person, though not personally liable , would be vicariously liable for commission of an offence under section 138 of the Act. Explain with the aid of decided cases ?

Sec 141 is a provisionm where the company or corporation it iself not liable but the provisions fixes liability of person who had conspired to issue a chake to deceive the receipant. Please see AIR 2000 SC.145.Always form a habit to rad text books and good digests.
