POA

Dear All Seniors,

Recently I am appointed as General Manager of small group company. Management has issued me POA to run the particular regional area of the state. This POA is not notarized.

Please guide me about the implications if any.

Is POA must to be notarized by the directors/management ??

Guide me urgently.

if it is not notarised, the only problem that can arise for you is that the director may say that they have never executed that power of attorney and that you have done everything illegally. but otherwise, you cannot do anything under the power given by that power of attorney since most of the people will SEE THAT IT IS NOT PROPERLY EXECUTED.
