POA Notary

One of my client needs Power of Attorney but the person who Is going to give the power is in US.
What should be the next step?
i) Buy Stamp Paper here and Courier him for signatures but how will it be notarized.
ii) Complete the paperwork there itself with US Seal and send it to India but is it allowed and applicable?

Sir, your client may execute POA in the US on a thick white paper and sign before a Notary/ambassador/authorised person for India in the US and the notary/ambassador/official person for India in the US shall attest to the POA. After receipt of the POA in India, it shall be validated within 3 months by the District Registrar or a Collector under Indian Stamp Act,1989.

Properly advised by expert Mr. Satyanarayana, you may follow it, nothing more add to  it

Get the PoA executed on a plain paper in US and get it notarised there itself.
