Possesion

in ownership column we are four shareholders(mother and her three sons A,B,C) in equal shares.
and in coulmn of cultivation/possesion there is only son A and his mother.
after the death of mother the ownership of mother ' share wil be inherited to three sons A,B,C.
what about the possesion which was being hold by mother ?
it wil goes to only A or A,B,C.?

It depends on purchaser's option and you have to provide those basic EC, tax paid receipts in your name etc.
